About Us

My photo
The purpose of our blog is to share our journey through life with family and friends while we leave our mark on this world. Our 20's have been very kind to us and as we enter the 30's we are hoping to continue to enjoy our time in this thing we call life. I should have called this blog "Traveling through Life".

Terre Haute Family Cookout

This last weekend we had my family up for a cookout. Most of them haven't been to our house in almost two years and this seemed like the way to get them up here (all you Hautians reading....don't wait so long next time!!) Our little nephew and little cousin also came up and the boys had a great time running in our backyard. It was a great time with great food and great peeps.

Did you have some soy burgers on that grill too? ;-) Just teasing you a bit. Checked on Mike and Wannie's, and all looked fine. Have you met the Padgets yet? Pat and ????? Sheeley (it's spelled something like that). They are in Farm Bureau, and Pat judged our sheep show. He is also the Ag teacher at Clinton Prairie. Small world, but I learned they live pretty close to you two. Glad you are having fun entertaining! Your family looks great!

Nope we just had all the other stuff. My family thought the beef was delicious though, it was what we got from you.
I met Sheeley??? a couple years ago. She walks by our house a lot and she introduced herself but haven't really talked to her since. They are both commuters like us so probably just want to relax at home.
